Delphinia Atkinson Delphinia Atkinson has congestive heart failure, diabetes, kidney failure, irregular heartbeat, asthma and anemia: conditions that once resulted in frequent trips to the emergency room and hospitalizations. Since 2004, Delphinia has used VNA TeleCare and has been able to remain independent and happy at home. Each day, Delphinia uses the VNA TeleCare monitor to record her weight, blood pressure and heart rate. If there is a noticeable change in her vitals, the VNA TeleCare nurse calls Delphinia to learn more.
